Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new jewellery. If you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns and assist you in the process. Kindly be aware that the return policy exclusively applies to online customers.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and before shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and original condition, and ship it via registered post with a tracking number.
Please note that custom made or personalised orders (including non-standard sizes) are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and items on sale are also non-refundable. A deduction will be made for standard shipping costs.

Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order before shipping it back to us. The item should be returned in its original packaging and original condition via registered post with a tracking number.
Please inform us of the jewellery you would like to reorder as a replacement. We will notify you if there is any price difference. While there is no charge for the exchange itself, shipping charges will apply.
Please note that personalised orders and customised items (including non-standard sizes) are not eligible for exchange.
